About Ruth
Ruth is a psychotherapist in private practice in Sydney Eastern Suburbs. She has a Masters degree in Psychotherapy, as well as qualifications in Art Therapy and Yoga/Meditation Teaching.
Ruth began counselling in 2010 and has since gone on to study Gestalt psychotherapy and specialise in creative arts therapy. She is a member of the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Ruth's work is informed by somatic psychotherapy, interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory. She is an advocate for embodied living, relational authenticity and trauma awareness.
